Our company Metal India Products has become one of India's leading manufacturers of Metal Containers. We are manufacture a variety of Metal Containers of Round and Rectangular, Cans for Pesticides and Adhesives, Ink Container, Publicity Posters etc. Over the years, we have built a strong brand image and have maintained our status as manufacturers of first grade quality products. We develop high quality cans and containers that exceed our customers requirements by far.
Our production
The Tin Containers manufactured by us are as per standards of ISI specification and ISO series for export, which is perhaps suitable for packing of any products. We have our own separate unit, which manufactures components of Tin Containers like integrated Tops, Bottoms and Lids. We are also engaged in the production of all types of Designer Tin Containers, Aerosel Container, Screw Caps, Luq Cap and Publicity Posters and 15kg Edible Oil Tin Container etc.
We are specialized in 15 Kg Desi Ghee (Butter) Container, also brush in can container (All range). Apart from this we also manufacture Tin or Metal Plain, printed in round and rectangular shaped component in various sizes from 100ml 3.38oz to 169.07oz. Our range of products also includes one piece integrated tops with and without expoxy-phenolic lequre ideal for paint, thinner and pesticide cans. The rings are with safety curl, togger and lid generally meant for food and general purpose cans for paints and chemical container. We offer our double tight ring and lid in addition. We also manufacture bridge handle screws necks and closures, which are apt for rectangular tube cans.
Our infrastructure & process
We have one of the most modern and sophisticated machinery installed at our production unit. Our infrastructure also has our own printing unit equipped with the latest fully automatic machinery, which produces finest output. The complete production activity of our company is divided into three departments printing, component manufacturing and fabrication. The finished Tin Containers are applied with rust proof preventives on the top, on the bottom seaming line and the welding area, which prevents from being rusted.
Quality at par
Every process of the production level is efficiently checked by our expert engineers in our laboratory and Quality Control supervisors to maintain the flawless defect free production process. Our highly skilled technical team conducts every process of fabrication under strict quality measures till the final production level. Each batch of Containers and Cans are finally dipped in water by filling pressurized air to detect leakage in the containers. All the Cans and Containers undergo proof testing in accordance to the sampling standards of ISI specifications.
